Vegetarian version: for all those non-meat-eaters out there or for those who want to give it a try maybe once or twice a week
Get Fit version: based on a low carb, high protein version of the recipes. Carbs will only be nature based (vegetables). Think lots of sweet potato and seasonal veggies with high quality meat.
